We stayed at the Hotel Villa Pina for 3 nights from the 29th of May to the 1st of June this year . Our room and balcony on the third floor offered comfortable , pleasant and very clean surroundings with fantastic views over the outskirts of Rome. My wife was 27 weeks pregnant and while Frascati is built on a hill the Villa Pina was close enough for us to be able to walk in and out of the town centre (and Train station for Rome) with relative ease once we had established our quickest route. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff helped make our stay all the more pleasant (Mama even ironed my wife's trousers for her one evening before we headed into the town for our evening meal). Coming from Ireland continental breakfasts are something we regard with a certain amount of contempt however the fresh fruit , pastry's, cold cuts , cereal and juices topped off with fantastic Italian coffee proved a great start to each day.
