Hotel Flora is beautiful hotel with great location and a accommodating staff. The hotel rooms are spread between two buildings of a former residence (the staff are happy to share the building's history). The grounds are pristinely maintained and set with chairs and tables, lit by candles at night, for enjoying a glass of wine or conversation. The interior of... More

We've just returned from a week's stay. Hotel Flora sounded great on TripAdvisor, and its website's photos were really attractive ... but the tiny "Superior Room with Terrace" was a disappointment. It was just large enough to hold the bed and a tiny desk. The small desk chair (which had a stained cushion) provided the only seating in the room.... More

We were looking for a hotel outside Rome, from which to visit Rome itself for just a day and from which we could most easily get to Fumicino airport for our flight home - we had spent most of our trip in Southern Italy. Hotel Flora in Frascati worked perfectly for the practical purposes we had in mind, but we... More

Having read previous reviews I was fairly certain this hotel would live up to my expectations - and it did. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and a good size. We had a balcony with a view across Rome. Breakfast offered a good selection of cold meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit, cereals, toast, pastries. The hotel is five... More

For a business traveler, this is a nice hotel - save the fact that the wireless in the room did not work. (Too weak of a signal.) There is free wireless in the courtyard and common dining areas. Breakfast was very nice - a buffet with many options (fruits, yogurts, breads, sometimes meats, eggs). The coffee was wonderful - as... More

I love this hotel. Very helpful staff always there to help us if we needed anything. A fantastic location! Near the train into Rome and near the center of Frascati! The walk t o the hotel is a lovely view over of Rome! I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was very nice, fresh every morning and the staff... More

I brought my husband to this hotel as part of a 5 day Rome city break. I had stayed in it myself over a period of around 6 months a couple of years earlier. I have stayed in most rooms that the hotel has to offer and have enjoyed them all, from the decor, the elegant bathrooms, the quality and... More

Lovely hotel and great staff. The location is perfect for walking to the historic "centro" of Frascati. The hotel staff speak excellent English, but be warned, that might be the only English you hear in Frascati. We were definitely the only Americans in the hotel and I think in the entire town. We loved it. Also, free internet access at... More

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Frascati, and an excellent alternative to staying in central Rome. We arrived at Rome after a long frlight from Auckland [NZ] and were nervous of the driving, so rented a van and drove one hour to Frascati. The town is beautiful and very historic, and the Flora is an oasis of elegant charm. The... More

We stayed at Hotel Flora for one night after 2 and a half weeks travelling in Italy. The hotel itself was ok. and nice from the outside. The room was very big and the bath was super- though it could have done with a bit of touching up in places. We stayed quite near the lift which made a 'ping'... More
