We arrived Dec 25th at 1pm to discover the hotel was closed until 4pm. Another guest who was also locked out and sitting outside on the front steps informed us the hotel was closed until 4pm. Apparently an email had been sent to let us know this detail, however this email was in German. Once we were able to check... More

Would have used the spa had I known about it earlier. It was great. The bar was good, and service wonderful, rooms large enough, and I liked the toilet separate from the shower/sink for a double room. And wonderful scenery from the window too.
