This hotel pleasantly surprised us by spacious, clean room. The advantage was that it is possible to change temperature in the room - it is important for the northern weather. Stayed here for one very long December night after a Hurtigruten cruise. Hotel was spacious, warm, comfortable. Dinner and buffet breakfast very good. Pool not large but welcome. From what we saw in the pitch black, Kirkenes seems a nice little town, plenty going on. Thoroughly recommend the dogsledding, and the visit to the snow hotel just prior to opening... More

The service was good, excellent breakfast as reviewed by the others here. But somehow, the phone, tv and one of the lamps were spolit. So had to call them up to fix the problem. More
