Stayed at this hotel only one night, but it was a pleasant stay.
The staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel is located within a five-ten minute walk from the train station and we were lucky to get a room with a view towards the river and church. I would call it medium...

The hotel is renovated in 2010 with Rock´n Roll theme. Very cool design.
But they missed the sound insulation. I was very disturbed by the traffic in Hamngatan wich is a main street in Eskilstuna. Next time I will ask for a room on the other side.
Excellent service. My kids loved it.
The parking is not free, 90 SEK/24h....
