staff were too busy with congresspeople so no time for us. We got a terrible room and when I asked for another room the receptionist was not pleased and reacted as if I were a very annoying guest. Room not clean and old and broke furniture. Food was okay but no service for a four star hotel

This is a huge hotel. It has a swimming pool, a sauna, a few bars, even a barbershop! You could really get lost here. This also has a downside, the service isn't personal and the people who work here, are sometimes in a hurry.
