Front desk staffer Stefanie really made my day. She was cheerful, friendly, efficient and helpful. Due to a misunderstanding on my part I had not booked dinner or breakfast when I made my booking so there was no chef available, but Stefanie quickly fixed that by recommending another hotel just down the street, where the food was awesome. I was on business in Noordwijk and too late to book the Huis Ter Duin where my conference was located. I settled for Zonne and was delighted at the reception, friendliness and extra services.
