My girlfriend and I had a wonderful 5 day break in Sardinia at the QT hotel. The journey from the airport was a tad stressful but still do-able. Get the ARST bus to Cagliari bus station and then look for the PF bus to QT. You want to get off at the Hotel Setar (next door, but much more visable... More
