This hotel has many strong points to please guests: location, price, beds, cleanliness, WC, breakfast, service, free wifi, spa. The weak point is the pretentious low quality design exercise, that creates some unconfortable situations. Globally, my opinion is positive towards this hotel in the center of Merida.

Very modern but it is very difficult to find. The hotel has loads of gadgets (some work others ?) and a small spa. Breakfast good. No restaurant for evenings but lots of local places. But Merida's roman theatre MUST be visited - it is amazing
