My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Chancilleria for three nights while on a 2 week driving trip through southern Spain, and loved it. The owners were friendly and helpful. We found the hotel modern and tastefully appointed. Some of the positives: - Clean, well appointed room and bath. - Good Wifi available. - Nice library of books and... More

Agreed, it's difficult to find, but well worth the effort! Located in the gypsy quarter, this place has all the moorish charm combined with mod cons you could wish for. The owner was very welcoming and informative and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! Would stay here again hopefully next time in warmer weather to enjoy the roof terrace... More

Jerez is not an easy town to find your way in, and therefore also quite difficult to find Chancilleria. But once arrived, an oasis of friendly , quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. The owner has a lot of good advises and arranges for breakfast by good weather ( not in our case) along the garden gallery. The restaurant in the... More

We decided on staying at the Hotel Chancilleria after reading TA reviews and are glad we did. It was in all ways, very comfortable and very good value for money. We chose not the most standard room, but one grade up and so there was a little more space - modern decor and very pleasant access areas and restaurant in... More

Just returned cr a 2 night stay. Brilliant hotel with very helpful staff. Good fresh buffet breakfast. Little bit difficult to find but worth it. Jerez a beautiful, walkable town, and sherry tasting at bodegas great fun. More

Well located in central Jerez. The owner is British and friendly. Good continental breakfast (wide variety with freshly squeezed orange juice). Welcome drink on arrival, which is always a nice touch. Our room on the top floor wasn’t large, but clean and modern with all the furnishings we needed. There is a pleasant roof terrace (albeit quiet), although be warned... More

Room was lovely, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The hotel garden is beautiful too, as is the roof terrace. The bathroom also had the most amazing shower I've ever had! The staff were friendly and helpful and helped booking tours. Breakfast was delicious with a brilliant range of foods and lovely coffee. It is very difficult to find, and not... More

The welcome was warm and we were offered lots of advice and information of where to visit and eat which is handy when the duration of the trip is short. Thanks to this advice we attended the festival of wine which was taking place in the town and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were basic and clean -... More
