Firstly, I agree with the earlier post that one of the lifts seems to have a mind of its own. Although I only stayed one night, so never had the chance to report it. It's not too much of an issue, however, the lift will eventually find its way.

Dear Madame,
at the hotel there are two lifts that work perfectly well, maybe you were not able to use them.
Your room not smelled of mold but the deodorant was released after cleaning.
That is not to his liking we can discuss,
The photos of the food that you put too instrumental and vicious, please remove them immediatly ....
