I have stayed a couple of times at Villa Gruber, and it is my absolute first choice when i need to stay in the area, provided i can find a room! The "Villa Gruber" has the same management as the nearby "Alla Dama Bianca" Hotel. While the "Dama Bianca" is smack on the seaside, the "Villa Gruber" is just a few meters inland (you still have a sea view from the room window).
