Visited this hotel as part of a tour. Best quality of the 3 we stayed in. Good size room. Clean. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Close to old part of town, so easy to get around. Would stay here again if visiting area.

Price-quality relation is extremely good. But as others said: try to get a room towards the town. I highly recommend the restaurant just opposite the street - a "Weinstube" with simple, but excellent food.

As part of a Rhine Valley tour arranged by Riviera Travel, rooms at the Park Inn were the largest of the three hotels on the tour, although this should not be construed as spacious. The air conditioning worked, and the hotel was reasonably convenient for the town centre. These are really the only positives that can be given.

We stayed at this hotel as part of our Thomas Cook tour package and on the way from to Koln to Innsbruck. The hotel was decent. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable.
Breakfast was at best average with not too many options. Since we were here only for a night it was fine. Staff could be a little more...

Have stayed here on business trips several times. Convenient for the picturesque market square and a simple and reasonable value hotel. I always seem to be in an attic room which is an adequate, en suite, room but a touch cramped and gloomy. Have never taken dinner in the restaurant but breakfast is fine. Overall not a bad place to...

The Park Inn in Heppenheim is a typical three star business hotel with very reasonable prices (except breakfast). Clean and simple rooms but select a room towards the old town; service is also very appropriate. Nice cafés and bars close by in the old town.

We stayed there as part of our SOTC tour package and on the way frrom Heidelberg to Koln. It was a decent hotel in a small town. Rooms in the front side were quite spacious. Breakfast was good too

Stayed there for two nights during a conference in town (the other hotel was completely booked by other delegates so some of us stayed at the park inn).
Was assigned a room facing the street (234) and since it was late at night, I put in earplugs just because of the occasional car zooming past. From 5am onwards, both of...
