Most reviews sum up the Windsor . Badly in need of investment , the rooms are basic ( some worse than others) as are the ameneties. For example , the showers are mostly designed for midgets. Very, very worn and shabby and outdated, although bedding and bathroom very clean. No power points in room, had to use one in bathroom to charge phone.
