This is a standard Scandic hotel. I spend here only one night and it was nice, location is perfect just between the city centre and the fortress. Breakfast are typical for eastern Finland style, you must try the local Kerlian pies :) more

This is a typical Scandic, clean average sized rooms and everything like it should be. There are no extra thrills, but neither are there any complaints. My theory is that there are no bad hotels in Finland. I have been in about a dozen - all were quite comfortable, I hardly recall anything to complain about.
