Stayed in this hotel for one night, while on business in Brussels. Reception was unbelievably slow and made several mistakes, including sending me to the wrong room! But a real first for me was the waiter who happily started to re-lay my table for lunch while I was still having breakfast! They don't seem to have any training for staff.

Check in took 45 min as there were 3 people in front of me. Worked so slowly and made so many mistakes. A very basic budget hotel. Reception staff not overly customer friendly. When I arrived it seemed to be an inconvenience to book me in as the receptionist was watching TV.
