stay was arranged by Edwards coaches. Rooms and food were excellent as were the lovely soft beds. You must try the "afternoon tea"!!!!!All guests made to feel comfortable and important. The conservatory overlooked extensive grounds and we spent the evenings watching the squirrels and rabbits playing.

This hotel was welcoming, had excellent facillities and we enjoyed our stay. I had read some less positive reviews and was very nervous after booking, however I thought the hotel, the spa, the bar and the restaurant were very good and I would most definitely stay again. I would recommend this to others also.

I've just enjoyed my second visit to the Escape Spa and found the experience just as enjoyable as my first visit. The staff were all lovely, professional, and very helpful. The treatments were wonderful, I can throughly recommend the Swedish Full Body Massage. I came away feeling relaxed and refreshed, and I hope I get the chance to vist again.
