This was the third year my family stayed at this hotel. The staff, especially in the restaurant are extremely friendly and professional. They treated my daughter of seven as a princess. Room was clean, the swimming pool is great and it's ideally located for Chessington world of Adventure. Ideal hotel for any family weekend get away.
