Absolutely lovely.close to the train station for a short ride into Reading.lady on reception was most helpful and friendly telling us where to walk to the station.breakfast was lovely,hash browns and you could help yourself not like other premiere inn wher the cooked breakfast is allready plated up.will be going back there again,maybee with the kids too. Only minor gripe was a very slightly lumpy mattress; but the staff were helpful, friendly and pro-active. The restaurant / pub next door was OK for saying it's all heat and ding stuff, OK, it's never going to get into Les Routiers nor Alisdair Sawday but it's edible, reasonably priced and hot. I always find Premier Inn clean and functional. At £29, this is good value for money. This particular hotel is a bit out of town in what seems a bit like an office park (although within 5 minutes walk - 2 min drive from a small retail park).
