Had an overnight stay in the Four Poster room with a sea view, room was nice but would have liked a bigger bathroom with a Bath no just a small shower cubicle. Hosts were business like but no overley friendly, Breakfast was Ok but could have done with more choice of cereals, yoghurts and fruit would have been nice. More

This is a great guest house. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Very welcoming owners. Breakfasts were excellent, nothing to much trouble. Very reasonable price. Would strongly recommend a stay here, It is the only place I'll stay when visiting relatives in the future. Thank you. More

We stayed here for the weekend. It was a nice room with an en-suit. A few complementary bathroom items would have been nice as i had forgot shower gel. Only four little milks for tea and two little biscuits although more given on request. Views were good. Breakfast was fine. Quiet room with comfy bed. More

Stayed 3 nights twin room,am 65 diabled,my brother 10yrs younger.What a warm welcome we received from the owners,so helpful in planning our days.The breakfast was v good nice and hot,We liked the wi-fi in all rooms.The rooms and premises were nice and clean. Lovely, clean, comfortable, warm, cosy room with sea view. Bathroom spotless with great shower cubicle. Tea and coffee making facilities. Owners very friendly and helpful, in fact everything you could ask for and more for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. More

Stayed at Lemonfield while visiting relatives in Whitburn and Sunderland. Comfortable cosy room overlooking seafront. Helpful advice and map to assist in locating aunt's address. Would stay again for future visits to the area. More
