I stayed for two nights.I could use free wi-fi and had a good sleep,so it was nice stay for me. What the best is really kind and friendly staffs.I really appreciate for their help! I'm not a smart traveler,and not good at English besides.Their kindness was reassured me. More

“very small room without airconditioning”

I cannot recommend this hotel in the summer period. The rooms don't have airconditioning. It was very hot in our room. You can open the window, but then the mosquitos will bother you! Breakfast was average. More

“Grossly Overpriced”

“super-small rooms; ok only for very short stay”

it is pretty near to the helsinki airport and provides a periodical free shuttle from the airport to the hotel; however when we asked for the same service from the hotel to the airport it seems that there was only 1 shuttle leaving at 9 AM within the 9 Am - 12 Pm time slot, which was definitely not alright.... “Ok to stay one night”

The rooms are freakishly small and the bathroom is a joke. On a good note is that the hotel offers 2 weeks free parking (even if you stay for only one night), so this is a good choice if you want to stay a night and then go for a trip from the airport. More

“A good sleeping place!”

I stayed for a night to catch my flight early morning. The positive things of the hotel is friendly staff, airport shuttle service, early morning break fast starting at 4 AM. negatives would be small room and very small toilet, old curtains. even though the room is small it is OK place for a overnight stay. The best thing about the Best Western Airport Hotel Pilotti is the proximity to the airport. I was arriving fairly late and wanted something close.They also offer a free shuttle to and from the airport and it runs late in the evening. “Overpriced moldhouse”

This out of date Hotel is totally overpriced, vicinity to the Airport only reason to stay here and there better options for that as well. Room I stayed in had a serious problem with humidity and after two hours in the room I was weezing like having an asthma attack. More
