Upon arrival at Ballerup S-train I decided to take a taxi to the hotel. The local driver had never heard of the place, and no wonder; the hotel (or more of a hostel) was a 70's concrete bunker turned into a hostel in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are very basic: bed, TV, small desk area, area to hang clothes and an en-suite shower room. No air-conditioning in the rooms but you can open the window all the way.
