Beautifully located with view over the lake, this traditional Swedish hotel has much history built in, e.g that it featured in the Selma Lagerlöf books. "Normal" rooms to stay in, but great common rooms and a nice restaurant (ca 600 SEK for a 3-course evening meal). A roof terrace gives even better views of the huge garden and the lake.... More
