Wildman is a WILDERNESS lodge...that means, you are amongst the Australian wilderness and the cycles of nature. You are situated smack on the wetlands- which are of course home to a huge amount of amazing flora and fauna including crocodiles and eagles- but also bugs including mosquitoes. If you travel to places like this you will have to expect to... More

Our first impression was it looked just like its photos from website, we met Jules who turned out to be an absolute asset to wildman, Jules has got to be one of the most professional and accommodating staff members in the hospitality industry I have ever met and i think the other girl Tash could stop saying " if you... The Wildman experience was dreadful. We were booked for 3 nights but only stayed an hour. Waited at reception for 10 mins for someone to show up when we arrived. Was very hot and there were bugs and mozzies in our tent. No coils or zappers. Staff told us it will get much worse when it gets dark. Retreated to... More

I've got to say that I fell in love with this Lodge. We stayed in a Habitat Cabin which was very roomy and comfortable, with air conditioning (a must for us in the summer). The location is so special; it was Australia wilderness right out your cabin door. The Wallabies are wonderfully wild, present and put on a show. I... More

We only spent one night here and wish we had planned to stay longer. A number of activites are offered, but they are not offered every day. So we could not partake in those that seemed important to us. We did take a lovely walk in the wilderness adjacent to the lodge. The food was excellent.

We stayed here on the last weekend of September. Our initial impression was pretty good - greeted nicely, given cool water and organised a lunch for us. The tent we stayed in looked nice and pretty fancy, however over time some others things become evident. We requested and received a tent facing the bush - which was good, except we... More

This was our first trip to the NT and we wanted to go bush and experience the National Parks of the area. Wildman Wilderness Lodge delivered and surpassed our expectations on how you should enjoy this region, while at the same time enjoying a bit of luxury and feeling pampered. Its location is perfect for the Mary River Park and... More

We could not fault Wildmans Wilderness Lodge, what an exceptional place. The staff, service, rooms, restaurant, pool and location made our trip away memorable. A great long weekend away to relax from the hussle and bustle and enjoy the beautiful Northern Territory.

Came to the Lodge with Inspiring Journys, stayed in the tent No. 11 I loved the whole experience, the tents were a highlight as well as the food and location and of course the staff. I have stayed in a number of high end lodges in Australia, and this one is in the same spirit, thoughit is less expensive than... More
