Stayed at Yeos Farm last night. Wonderful experience. Lovely bedroom modern but in keeping with the traditional farm. Janet and Robert very friendly and helpful - I had inadvertently mixed dates and they were expecting us on Tuesday night. Great breakfast - a taste of Devon with their own eggs and sausage and locally sourced other ingredients. Can't wait to... More

Lovely farm full of beutiful countryside, animals and rustic buildings. My wife is American and she fell in love with it. The couple in charge were full of advice and recommendations to help us and presented us with an outstanding breakfast. We promptly sat in their garden with some tea and hobnobs left in our room for us. The room... More

We stayed here for one night en route to Cornwall. The working farm is located deep in the Devon Countryside close to Exeter and Dartmoor. We were welcomed warmly and provided with tea and biscuits in the garden whilst we watched the farmer bringing in his hay crop. Our room was large and had high quality soft furnishings. The en... Staying for a weekend wasn't long enough - we were well looked after, comfortable and had brilliant views of the countryside. The B&B is on a working farm and the whole family were there to chip in and make us feel welcome. It felt like we were staying in a room in their home. The owners were very friendly and... More

We stayed for two nights and found the accommodation excellent. The owners were really friendly and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome. The location was lovely, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, made with top produce. We found the dogs to be really friendly, I think you just have to know how... Partner and I stayed one night as a stopover on our way further south. We had googled the location, (the farm is nowhere near Polehouse Lane) however a phone call and directions from Janet soon had us at the farm. What a lovely setting with horses, dogs and cattle. Our room was huge and comfortable, with wonderful views across to Haldon... More

This was our first ever time in a farmhouse B&B and it certainly won't be our last. Janet made us feel really welcome and settled, the en-suite room had everything we needed, a good shower room, a comfortable bed and views to die for! Breakfast set us up for the day and Janet recommended a local award winning pub for... More

An excellent experience of a real working farm. Friendly and helpfull owners - went on internet for us to check on surfing conditions! Very good breakfast more than we could eat. Comfortable traditional room with upto date en-suite. Beautiful hidden away location- quite idyllic. A little tricky to find definitely off the beaten track ! Had been apprehensive due to... More

The farm was lovely and the views were fantastic. Breakfast was very nice. Just a few niggles. The bed we stayed in was not king sized it was a small double. The bathroom was tiny and not suited if you have children with you. On the morning of our departure we were left on the farm by ourselves, having been... More
