Stayed in Nagles Caravan Park. The park owner very friendly and helpful as was the girl at the desk in the Tourist Information Office. One thing really did disgust us was the Taxi Driver Tony McGann who charged us 10euro each way from the caravan entrance to the bar--a total of 1.5miles each way. When we ask him to drop us off at... more

My experience is not as bad as some of these previous reviews. We had a great time. Although that could be because we were travelling/ touring and where knackered, so we were in bed for about 1am and out like a light. First of all - We are from the north and we did not encounter any hostility from the... more

A small group of us stayed here for one night this weekend. To say the experience was awful is an understatement. The views are spectacular but there are plenty of places to stay in the area close to the stunning beauty Doolin has to offer. If you are young and want to "talk" to your friends after dark then I... more

Location great but campsite a big let down as it being the music capital of Ireland we were asked to leave after coming back from the local pubs. A Dublin couple beside us were asked to leave for talking (not singing or shouting ) into the early hours, so if your one for going to bed before 12 on your... more

I'm really not sure where to start with my review as I have both good and bad things to say about this campsite but don't want one to overshadow the other. Ok, so let me start with the negative then and get it out of the way. The site was quite waterlogged when we got there which limited where we... more

We camped here at the beginning of August at the Bank Holiday so obviously expected it to be busy. The Caravan & Camping Ireland book states that Nagles has 62 pitches but on this weekend the owner packed the tents & caravans in ! Our tent and the one beside us had the guy ropes crossing, (as did many tents)... more

My husband & I have recently purchased a Camper and stayed at Nagles Camping site. It was our very first experience and we were not disappointed. The facilites were excellent with a huge kitchen area where campers can meet and use the cooking facilites if they are staying in tents. Loads of hot water and absolutely spotless. There were plenty... more
