We stayed as a couple from 10th to 12th June 2013. The hotel was fantastic really good to us. My wife is in a wheelchair and they gave us a lovely room at the back where we could park in the courtyard and only a short distance to wheel a chair in.We had dinner the first night both the steak... The views are spectacular!!!! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were included with my stay, which was a pleasant surprise, and they were delicious. I ate dinner at the hotel once during my stay and it was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a peaceful, relaxing spot. Cliffs of Moher... More

After emerging from parking your car in front of the hotel take a moment to breath in the fresh air and soak in the spectacular views the Aran View's location affords its guests. Upon checking in more good things are to come. The first thing that struck me was the genuine warmth and friendly disposition of the staff. After a... More

I had an excellent stay at the Aran House Hotel. My room was spacious, very clean and well maintained. Breakfasts in the hotel were excellent - nice fresh and well cooked food. I did not eat dinner in the hotel, another guest with whom I spoke ate all his evening meals in the hotel feeling they were excellent value for... More

After spending 2 nights at the Aran View House, my only regret is we did not stay longer. I have been to Ireland 3 times, and this hotel by far has the most spectacular views of any other place. The bedroom was very comfortable, breakfast was great, and the location was perfect. The Cliffs of Mohr, Ferries to the Aran... More

The Hotel room was very clean and charmingly decorated. The Owners were very accomodating with respect to my wife's food allergies, so breakfast was made to suit her diet. The proximity to the Moher Cliffs is what really makes it worthwhile to stay here.

The views in this hotel are simply amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. The room itself was in very poor condition. The bed was unbearable and the entire room reeked of mold. In addition, the shower looked so poor I didn't even bother to try. My partner took a shower and said it barely drained. Would not stay here again for... More

We had a very nice, very spacious room, comfortable bed, gracious and very helpful hosts. The views from there are exquisite in every direction. We could walk into Doolin for the pub action in the evenings. We loved our stay at the Aran View!

Doolin is a town with a population of a couple hundred people. Why stay here? Because it is nestled on the Irish coast next to the Cliffs of Moher and the Aran islands - which are spectacular Irish landscapes! Hiking the Cliffs of Moher from one end to to the other end and back takes around 4 hours, wear proper... More

Doolin doesn't have many choices as hotels are concerned, it has dozens of B&Bs though. As I was travelling without a car, I chose Aran View and Bus Eirean does stop right at the corner. I arrived about 3:00 p.m. and as it was a sunny day I tried to do a boat tour to see the Moher Cliffs. So,... More
