An okay place, but frankly, the staffing was sparse. One poor soul was running through the dining area trying to keep up with the breakfast buffet for a couple of buses worth of a tour group. We had a hard time finding anyone to check us in. With more staff, this could have been a better experience. more

This is a hidden Gem, its new, clean and the rooms are modern with everything you could ask for. Its one of the better hotels I have stayed in and would highly recommend it to anyone. There is high speed internet, masssive car park underground the hotel and the staff can't do enough for you. more

I visited this hotel in early June. The foyer is pleasant and receptionist eager to please Our room was comfortable with the usual facilities. We enjoyed nice food and delicious pastries and the friendly service. The information on activities was helpful and we liked Galway. I would reccommend this countryside for touring. more
