I stayed here while working in Tarbert. The house was lovely - everything was immaculately clean, beautifully kept and efficiently run. Bernadette was delightfully warm, kind and welcoming.
The area was quiet and I slept well in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed a variety of foods. Keldun House is the best Bed and Breakfast I...

We cruised into Tarbert to find somewhere to stay before catching the ferry the next day, not expecting much having just come through Ballybunion and decided not to stop there. My wife knocked on the door to see if they had rooms and from there we had the perfect overnight stay. Although we weren't there for long, Bernadette was extremely...

We ended in Tarbert after a long bicycle ride. In Main Street we asked the locals where to stay.
Their answer was unanimus "Keldun House", because the owners are very freindly people.
And indeed they are very friendly, ask anything and they try to make you happy!!

A beautiful home, gracious hosts. Spacious room. Pat & Bernadette treat you like friends: wine on the deck, access to the kitchen and parlors, good conversations.

Through my journey's through Ireland, I have had the opportunity to stay at a number of nice B&B's, but out of all of them, none of them compare to the "home" like atmosphere that Pat and Bernadette provide. From the moment you walk through the door and have your keys handed to you, you immediately get the sense of becoming...

Super stay just minutes away from the Shannon Ferry. Bernadette and Pat were super hosts! He even got my laptop working. Super quiet room with beautiful natural wood flooring. Breakfast was perfect the next morning. Felt like being invited into their home. Great dinner at the pub next door. Really nice stay.

The people who own Keldun House are absolutly great ! Genuine and with a very interesting life history. The town is simple and not at all touristy; we had dinner at a place that reminded me of small town America in about 1960, which was neat. The house is pleasant; the room was fine, nothing fancy. Nice sitting room for...

On our first night of our first visit to Ireland, we stayed at Keldun House as a matter of convenience - to get aways down the road from Shannon enroute to our stay in Killarney.
What an excellent introduction to Irish people, hospitality and the country's B&Bs! Owners Bernadette and Pat could not have been more friendly and helpful. The...

We recently spent a week going all over the southern half of Ireland, staying in a different B&B each night, all in the 33-36 euro/pp sharing range. All but one were good, and we were on the whole quite satisfied. There was one, however, that stood out in all areas -- Keldun House in Tarbert. Our room was very large...
