We recently spent two nights with Alvis and Ray. They were extremely accomodating and helpful. Directions were provided and any questions we had were cheerfully answered. Alvis even provided change so we could board the local bus to Dublin. The breakfast was great and we certainly did not leave hungry. We would return to this B and B any time... More

Wonderful B and B in good location and Alvis is very helpful. we were over arranging a wedding and she even helped find a florist! Nothing is too much trouble . we had a wonderful vegetarian breakfast . Its a great base not too far from Howth or Malahide. Good all round Thanks Alvis More

I recently stayed at the B&B for just over two weeks with my friend - being a strict vegetarian , non dairy and no caffeine (yes a hoteliers nightmare) they went out of there way to cater for us. Really enjoyed staying. Very very friendly owners who went above and beyond the call of duty and even drove us to where we were having our training each day so we didnt have to battle through the snow! Great breakfasts each day and very vegetarian-friendly! Highly recommended. More

Alvis is an excellent hostess--warm, friendly and very helpful to someone visiting Portmarnock for the first time.
