This used to be a lovely hotel- now it is awful. Our rooms were not ready- then we saw them they were not clean- dirty bed linen in the closet, dirty floor in the bathroom and the bed room. Credit cards were not possible, the bar had to be paid in cash. The crockery at breakfast was stained from tea.... more
Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms basic but very clean. Great bar and entertaiment facilities. I will definitley stay again. more
Stayed in the Castle Arms Hotel in early September 2004...have not got one complaint!!! Everything that could have been done was done by the very nice hotel staff!!! Breakfast and dinner was superb...rooms were clean, spacious and fitted the purpose!!! As for Enniscrone...lovely wee spot to get away from it all!!! more
