The room was like a room in a student house which was quite a shock having seen the photos of the other rooms on the website. It was the only twin room so it was impossible to change it. Good spacious clean rooms and a nice en-suie bathroom. The bar food was of a decent standard and convinently serves until 9.30 and also had an excellent choice of drinks as you would expect from a Green King pub. I'm not a fussy traveller, but out of all my travels I think this is the worst place I've ever stayed.
