Aidan was very friendly und helpful and made a fantastic breakfast for us, he also gave us a lot of interesting information to understand the people and the situation of this area. While drinking... We enjoyed our stay at Murtagh's B&B and Crossmaglen. The room was very comfortable indeed. The Breakfast was fantastic. Thanks! The people in the town were very friendly. Our only problem was we didn't stay long enough. More

We visited Crossmaglen to visit good friends who arranged our accommodation with Aiden beforehand. When we arrived at the B&B we received a warm welcome & were told we could have breakfast in the mornings when we were ready, in order to sleep in, take it easy etc. The rooms were very comfortable & met all our expectations & more.... We booked for 1 night and arrived at 10pm after a journey from England via Rosslare. We had a drink in the bar and asked where we could get something to eat. The barmaid said that the pizza shop was still open and they did a range of foods. She gave us a menu and said she would ring the... More

It's an amazing place to stay. Aiden is a laugh. Bar downstairs with friendly people in and out of the bar. So relaxing, no one forces you up early or anything. Would recomment this B&B More

Stayed for 2 nights in Murtagh's B&B. Aidan the owner made us feel especially welcome and chatted away. Each morning a good big fry up was prepared for us in next to no time. Murtagh's is centrally located in the town of Crossmaglen - good spot to base yourself if you want to travel to places like Dundalk (in the... More

The quaintness of the home shared with visitors has history and was both quite and adorably furnished, but also full of life and... More
