Stayed 20th April to attend function. Check in fine, and superior room lovely. Huge 4 poster and very comfy. Large bathroom with huge bath, endless hot water. We stayed in a superior room for one night. The staff were lovely all very helpful and happy. Our room was huge, it was shabby in parts but I think that added to the charm. We found the rooms too hot so slept with the windows open. The breakfast was good. Great overnight hotel
