We stayed at Priory Steps for 2 nights over the weekend of July 5 2008 and would highly recommend it. It is a beautiful house furnished with antiques and curios and the hosts are charming and helpful. There are good facilities in the rooms and the guests' common areas are large and comfortable. more

Priory Steps and Bradford-on-Avon were for me the surprise hit of our two week trip travelling all over the UK. After being warned off some fancy looking places to stay, we ended up at this lovely little bed and breakfast, in part due to reviews on Trip Advisor. We couldn't have done better. We had a room near the top of the house which was very clean and had a great view over the town. The bathroom was large with a good sized bath with lots of hot water. The bed was comfy and the room a good size. The cottages are old and so you should prepare yourself for oddly shaped rooms... more
