The first thing to say is that all of us at Widbrook Grange take a complaint very seriously. We very rarely get complaints and visitors to the TripAdvisor site will see just how many customers have given the hotel high ratings. It is difficult to please all of the people all of the time and on this occasion we failed...

Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Location was very good for visiting National Trust, English Heritage and gardens. more
six of us stayed for 1 night b/d/b with a pass for longleat park included in the price. Beautiful area and lovely hotel, rooms are very pretty, food was scrummy :-) very friendly helpful staff, and loved the cheeky chickens just wandering about...:-) we will definatley return. more
