Terrible welcome. You have to drag your own bags in from the car. Receptionist didn't welcome us, or ask us how we were, or if we had a good trip. Moonfleet was great for us and our 3 boys aged 5, 3 and 1. But Woolley was not as good. Playbarn was cold and there were no tea/coffee facilities and so not very welcoming.
