Very good location for visiting the town of Bradford-On-Avon, close to all the shops and amenities. Rooms "Ok" - clean but a little dated, great veiw from our top floor bedroom over-looking the river. Garden area upstairs at the rear would be lovely in the summer, but not lit up for use for us to enjoy in November. More

Pretty poor if I'm honest. Reception a classic motel style affair, staff more commensurate with a £30ppp place, and the rooms of a similar standard - lino coming up, bath and shower pretty grubby, rooms and beds clean but low quality etc. Woken up by a foreign lady knocking on my door at 0730, no idea what she was saying. We stayed as a family and had to live above the noisy courtyard, the bar and a drinking terrace frequented by the local youth - no sleep at all. This is a very noisy place and you will not get any sleep Thurs to Sunday - stay away. More
