5 people stayed for one night in a double and a family room. Check inn was a little slow as the receptionist was also working in the restaurant. Each room had to be paid for individually, even though booked together, incurring two visa card charges. Having said that the rooms only cost £29 each. The receptionist was friendly and helpful....

Booked a wheelchair friendly room, the bedroom was fine, but the bathroom was not really. It had suitable handrails & was an OK size, but the shower was over the bath... so how was a wheelchair user supposed to have a shower??

The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff doted on our kids, will be back there again next...

We spent 2 nights at the Premier Inn in Carrickfergus and I have to say it was excellent value for money. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and any time we were going through reception asked if everything was ok. The only reason that I didn't give this a 5 was that we...
