The outside of the hotel looks inviting and homely, but inside it is tired and in need of refurbishment. The restaurant is obviously not popular - we saw no-one eating on the nights we stayed. Just returned from the most awful couple of nights stay at the Riverview Hotel. If it wasnt for the fact that I was staying on a work trip I would have left as soon as I arrived and would certainly not have stayed the night. The list of problems was endless but included: 1. If you ever have to stay in Earith, do not stay in The Riverview 'Hotel'. There is no positive thing i can say about this place. Its small, old fashioned and not in a cute oldie worldy way and very expensive for what you get. Stay in cambridge its only a 20 min drive away and some lovely places to... More
