Please note that I am reviewing only reservations customer service, but it was far superior to what I have generally experienced, particularly with U.S. companies. I made a mistake and reserved rooms when I should not have done. They were charged to my card, as I knew they would be, and when I discovered my error, I requested the charge... More

We found ourselves here by accident after the hotel we had booked ourselves in to, The Elephant and Castle at Wood Walton, double booked us and thought they would solve the issue by reserving us the last room here, but that's another rant for another review. We had booked our original hotel for a peaceful weekend in the countryside, and... More

Sttayed here as a stop over, very nice welcome from the receptionist even at 11.45pm at night. The Room was basic but nice especially for a 1 night stay. The bed was comfatable and shower good in the morning. Breakfast was again basic but as it states when booking it is only a continetal. More

This was our second stay at Redwings Lodge and again it was basic but spotless. Just what we expected. A few pubs in nearby Sawtry for a drink and something to eat. Despite being near the motorway the room was quiet, so no problems sleeping. More

Had a really good stay at this hotel when travelling further down south. Rooms were clean and tidy, hotel was ideally located off the A1 for a overnight stop off. There was no food in the hotel in the evening there was an indian restaurant over the car park, which was very busy, we did not visit this and drove... More

Good value for money, great for over night stay.We were visiting family who lived a few miles away, did not visit Spicelands next door but people we were visiting said they had been there a number of times and had found it to be very good. At Redwings we found the staff to be friendly and rooms clean. Breakfast is... More

All I can say is, do not stay here if there is a viable alternative. Shabby hotel, shabby rooms, staff that don't care, all under-weaved with a lack of investment and it would appear a 'no can do attitude'. We only stopped here as a last resort as we found ourselves in the middle of nowhere at 10pm at night... More

It's a notch up from the Travelodges, though very similar. It's basic and budget, but our room had a HUGE flatscreen TV. My son really liked that a lot. The entire room was very clean and smartly decorated. The lady at reception, Julia was such a wonderful help to us. Breakfast was basic, but you could eat all that you... More

stayed here for 3 nights as a base for trips to Cambridge and Peterborough - it was virtually the cheapest I could find and was a bit worried about some of the older reviews but I needn't have worried. We didn't arrive til nearly midnight, later than expected, and in torrential rain. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I... More
