We stayed between 14th and 24th May and experienced similar treatment from Thompson as EJ99London. However, despite this, we experienced the most excellent holiday imaginable! The location is idyllic within landscaped gardens and a lovely private beach. The accomodation is extremely well thoughout, being modern and contemporary with excellent attention to detail by the owner (who makes herself known to... More

I stayed at this hotel 15th - 19th May with friends, as we went to the Island for a wedding. My friend booked directly for us, and all our friends booked through Thompson. A few days before we departed, our friends (including the whole bridal party) were informed that the hotel was not ready and they were being moved to... More

We stayed at the White Rocks hotel October 2011 and was very pleased with our room although was a little apprehensive as our balcony was facing the main road and over the main reception lobby, this ended up not bothering us at all. The views and location were absolutely amazing and the hotels private beach was an added bonus. The... More

We stayed in his hotel in September 2011 in one of the fantastic junior suites/bungalows which we upgraded to a couple of days before arriving via email. I'm so glad we did as our room was amazing and so luxurious. We had a peek in the standard rooms while walking past and they did seem very very dated. Luckily our... More

I visited the White Rocks in August last year. At first I was a little disappointed with my hotel room as it certainly did not live up to a 4 star hotel. However, I was totally bowled over by the hotel itself, the location and the staff. If you want an idyllic setting by the sea you can't ask better... More

Dear Alison C, During 2010, major renovation and refurbishement work took place in our 62 Seafront Junior Suites and Superior Bungalows. This season we are delighted to announce that all of our 102 guestrooms at the main hotel complex have also been fully renovated and refurbished to a five stars standard. We had a very good stay at the White rocks, the location is perfect, nice small private beach althought a bit of a climb.(difficult for people with limited mobility) Staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the main hotel and the rooms were a bit basic but very clean. They were due to be refurbished the week after we... More

We went here as we had been recommended it by two other, separate lots of friends: we were not disappointed. The hotel is on several levels throughout, so you do need to be good on your feet, and there is a private beach which is down a steep slope, but its worth the walk! The rooms looked clean but a... It was a long time ago (August) but a lovely return visit to the white rocks with my parents and husband. Food I thought had improved on the previous year, but would still prefer a buffet style. Lunches always good. Its a beautiful spot on the island, lovely staff, would recommend. More

We were lucky in October to have fabulous weather. We stayed in a bungalow that was decorated and furnished to a high standard , it was very swishy! We found the Maitre' D to be frustrating as we never seemed to get an edge of balcony table! However, the food was delicious and plentiful. The beaches were good and we... More

We had a wonderful holiday at White rocks, the location is perfect for the most relaxing holiday. We stayed in the main part of the hotel and as other reviews say the bungalows have all been recently renovated and are very nice, we could not complain about our room it was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the...
