My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at Waybury House. All staff and tour guides were so friendly and helpful we couldn't of asked for a more relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable and the home cooked food was delicious. The staff arranged all our transfers and made out trip to Kruger National park amazing. Our tour guide... More

great service, accomodations and food. A big house transformed into a guest house. Quiet neighbourhood to relax.

Back yesterday from my holiday and reviewing the places I visited as the existing reviews are always extremely useful to us when booking a trip. We stayed at Waybury House for 2 nights - before and after safari - and it was perfect for what we needed. It seems a little bit out but is relatively close to Monte Casino... More

Waybury House is a hidden gem. The property is charming with its lovely gardens and pool area, and our room was larger and even nicer than in the photos on the website. Brenda and her team were lovely, and there is great attention to detail. It felt like they have thought of everything - both within the room and around... More

I stayed at Waybury House for a couple of nights either sids of a 5 day trip to Kruger NP and the Panoramic Route (arranged by a sister company), and was very impressed at the total solution I received in terms of service, value for money and friendly staff. Although it is a little distance from the bars and restaurants... More

The grounds and pool area beautiful. The house itself and the staff made us feel as though we were staying with family (without the family drama)The food... More

The staff really makes you feel welcome! Dirk, Brenda and the rest of the staff really take care of their guests. The electric blankets really warmed us up on those chilly Jozi nights! We booked a safari and a Soweto tour through Themba Tours, which operates out of Waybury House. The tours were great and it was very convenient to... More

Waybury house was the first guesthouse that we stayed at in South Africa and we were not disappointed. We stayed two nights before our safari and two nights on return. Pat, Brenda and Dirk went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. All the staff were excellent, Ben's breakfasts were wonderful! The rooms were comfortable and... More

I enjoyed my saty at Waybury's house. Nice place and a great staff. It is a little far from everywhere.
