The stale smell of smoke in our "non-smoking bedroom", the net curtains had gone grey, the shower didn't work and the toilet seat fell off a couple of times because it wasn't attached! Stayed here a few times last couple of months for work. The hotel is in the city, but not in the centre. Although there are excellent ways of getting in the centre using the metro. The rooms are a bit dated. I coudn't get the airco to work and neither did my collegues. The staff is friendly. More

Before arriving here I stay at the Raddison SAS Lyon located at Part Dieu, the rate was similar but there was no comparison in room facilities, cleanliness, views and staff helpfulness.
