The positives first In the centre of the village with easy access to the pistes. Clean The negatives- Chaotic & inefficient check-in. There were queues of people, piles of luggage and staff going serving about three people at a time (slowly). Reception only staffed at weekends. Check in is staggeringly slow and inefficient, polite enough but spoke very little english. We had a very pleasant stay there as a family of 3 in January 2012. Really nice residence. Rooms are clean, comfy, well equipped and have everything you need to cook. The staff is nice and helpful. Stayed at this hotel for couple nights before Christmas for a very short ski trip with my teenage daughter. The studio was clean, warm and very pleasant.
