Good hotel for overnight during trip. Good service and check inn. Nice and clean room Good location nearby the center. Breakfast was good. Internet facilities and restaurant . Diner in the evening was moderate.

We stayed at IBIS Annecy Sud from September 9 to 11, 2011 at the begining of our vacation in France and Italy. The hotel was OK but the room was small. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Location is good if you have a car. Breakfast was very good (IBIS standard) and restaurant service was OK.

The Hotel is clean and functional-nothing special,but not bad either.Our room was clean and fresh,as was the en-suite bathroom.The bed was extremely firm,and the rest of our party(in another room) felt the same-we actually checked that there was a mattress there and not just a base.We stayed for two nights and just used the hotel as a base. need renovation the rooms and some more shuttle service to Annecy for your guests. at entrance was confusing. there are 2 doors. and which one is right one? also fix the stairs outside. some twin rooms are really tight, compare to other IBIS hotels.

Old and dirty tiny rooms for 70€ a night (Ibis used to be between 57 and 65€ but they changed the rates without renvating the rooms) I generaly like the concept of IBIS, small practical rooms with a good restaurant and a reasonable priced breakfast.
