I was looking for a hotel near Lyon's main airport, St. Exupery, and this Novotel came up. When I checked on the map and saw a landing strip next to it, I assumed that it was right next to St. Exupery Airport. Turns out it's right next to an airport for small planes. Have spent some nights here on different occasions, and it's an average hotel in most aspects. The only thing I can find that makes it stand out is the geographical location. I.e., if you want to be close to the airport as well as the industrial Renault area, it's good.

“Billing issue not followed up”

I left the hotel with an open billing issue that was going to be resolved afterwards. The Manager was going to contact me. Nothing happened, not contact and no billing correction. Other than that, the place was ok
