Have stayed at many B&B in France. This one was no exception.. Freindly staff. Clean, newish decor. Fresh, clean quilts on beds, (some B&B still only have blankets and sheets). Spent 4 nights at this B & B.
It's the typical hotel of the famous B & B chain that has so many hotels in France (I have used them many times).
Cheap, clean, silenceous and with very friendly employees.
It is located less than 5 kilometres away from Avignon and it is a perfect base for visiting Provence, Vaucluse...
