It's a very nice hotel, right in front of the beach very near to the town center. Very kind persons at the reception; the family room is very confortable and it is really nice with a wonderful see view.

We arrived in Royan with no accommodation and drove along the beachfront and saw the Family golf Hotel - parked right outside the door and walked in, was met by a lovely lady who showed us two rooms, both were fantastic, great decor, lovely bathrooms, both with decks with a view of the beach - not full on beach view... Nice hotel directly opposite the beach. Friendly welcome, clean reception and wide stairway and well decorated throughout. Bathroom appeared freshly updated and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good and plentiful but the tea wasn't very good; however breakfast at 10 euro per person should be included in the room rate.
