I must confess we were surprised that the room wasn't en-suite, but once we got over that (our host is actually creating ensuite facilities right now!) we had a great stay. Gillian, our host cooked us an excellent dinner, having bought in fresh crab at our request (!), and we were so well looked-after that we could have been in... More

So pleased to return to Gillian's home and hospitality. As peaceful and comfortable as on our first visit last year. Well located for holidaying in the area, easy to find and has ample parking space. Great breakfasts and superb evening meal. Gillian goes that extra mile to welcome and entertain her guests.

We spent 4 nights in this B&B and it was a perfect stay. Gillian is such a nice owner and her breakfast (welsh/english or continental) is absolutely excellent. The room, the bathroom, the toilet, everything was always very clean. The room we had was very quiet and the bed comfortable. There's enough space for parking your car. It's located close... More

We had looked at several hotels around Aberporth, but most were expensive or looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. This charming B&B was exactly what we were looking for. Gillian made us traditional Welsch seaweed bread, which was delicious. The rooms were spacious and spotless. To be recommened for any traveler!

if your looking for excellent b and b in the cardigan area look no further, our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with every thing catered for from tea bags to cotton buds, nothing was warmer than our welcome from our host Gillian and that includes the heated blanket switch on hours prior to our arrival on a cold February... The room and facilities were spotless and very nicely presented. The house is spacious with a clean, light, airy feel. Breakfast was cooked immediately before serving. We were given a good selection of items to make our choice from and it was served with a flow of friendly and interesting conversation. The whole experience was a real treat and this... More

This was my first time to that part of Wales. There and the surrounding area I can only say blew me away, it was beautiful and the people were so friendly. That is also true of the owner of this hotel - Gillian. She was very warm, bubbly and welcoming. She made every effort to please and made us an... More

Gillian is a brilliant talker, plenty of humor and great tips for your stay. She's a great cook and she really cares about her guests. Her house is warm and cosy with big windows enlightening common spaces. Beds are soooo confortable and the bathroom is always perfectly clean. The neighbourhood is charming and you can get lost in the network... More

My wife and I stayed with Gillian en route to Pembrokeshire. The house is very handily located at the side of the main coast road. Gillian gave us a very warm welcome and we were given a room overlooking the garden and fields at the back. The rooms are not en suite but the toilet and bathroom were just opposite... More
